The simple answer is YES. So many factors effect "lighting quality". In general most installers & designers tend to design lighting systems with just two things in mind. Compliance with minimum light level (LUX) standards and keeping installation costs to a minimum. As a consequence, other more important factors, including light colour and its effect on the human eye, energy efficiency, lumen maintenance & longevity issues, are often overlooked.
